At the women’s level, the Slovakian Nora Jencusova crossed the line first and won the gold medal with a time of 02:14:58 after 88 kilometers of action.

The silver medal went to Zuzanna Chyliska from Poland and the bronze went to Olga Wankiewicz, also from that European country.

“I am very happy, in the previous days I finished second and third, so it is a very happy feeling to be able to win the gold medal today, it is also nice to compete with runners from other countries and see the level,” Jencusova declared after winning.
